Bluevale Homes does not buy, sell, lease, or negotiate the sale of real estate, and does not provide legal, tax, appraisal, or investment advice. Any real estate services are provided by independent licensed real estate professionals we connect you with, not by Bluevale Homes.

Any home value estimate, cash offer range, or market data provided through the Service is an estimate generated for informational purposes only. It is not a formal appraisal, comparative market analysis by a licensed appraiser, or an offer to purchase real estate.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to bypass bot protection, security features, or rate limits.
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to it.

Bluevale Homes does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any third party, and inclusion of a third party in our network does not constitute an endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLUEVALE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEVALE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. BLUEVALE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluevale Homes, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
