• Connect you with licensed real estate professionals in our network who can help you buy, sell, or evaluate a home.
• Send marketing communications about market updates, guides, and services you may find useful (you can opt out at any time).
• Measure marketing performance, improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information in the following circumstances:

• Licensed real estate professionals. When you request a valuation, cash offer, or buyer alerts, we share your submitted contact and property details with one or more licensed real estate professionals (agents, brokers, or investors) so they can follow up and assist you. This is the core purpose of the Service.
• Service providers. We use vetted vendors for hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, CRM, bot protection, and similar functions. These providers process information on our behalf under written agreements.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Bluevale Homes, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Bluevale Homes is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing your contact and property details with licensed real estate professionals in exchange for a marketing or referral fee may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You may opt out at any time using the link below or by emailing us.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Bluevale Homes and its marketing partners at the number and email you provided, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us. To opt out of email marketing, click the unsubscribe link in any email or email us at privacy@bluevale.com. To stop calls, tell the caller and we will honor your request.

We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and measure engagement. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track individual users across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

We retain lead and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical retention for lead records is up to seven (7) years. You may request deletion earlier as described below.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service.
